Snowboarder

Another fun cake I made this last weekend. This was made for one of my son's friends. I guess she called all over looking for a snowboard cake, and couldn't find one~ they didn't have the figurines. Then she remembered that I made cakes. Luckily for me! And her~ because I feel like she got a really cool cake for her BF.
~Take care and have a great day!

Winter Warmies FCCB #42

Fantabulous Cricut Challenge #42 "Winter Warmies" Create a project using some kind of clothing on your project. And of course use your cricut.
I don't know where all of you guys are from, I am in Utah and it is cold. So mittens, hats, and scarves are a must. I made this layout using Winter Woodlands which has been my favorite cartridge lately- definitely not neglected. The snowflakes are from SU-Serene Snowflakes. I used the versa-mark resist technique. Colors I used are cherry cobbler, baja breeze, and night of navy. This was one of the funner projects I have done lately. It just seemed to come together nicely. Let me know what you think. Have a great day!

Diamond Snowflake FCCB #41

Challenge #41 Snowy Delights Check out Fantabulous Cricut's challenge me Monday! To enter just a create a project incorporating snow or snowflakes.

I used SU-En Francais for the background, stamped in craft white. The phrase is from SU-four the holidays. The card it's self is cut from bashful blue, using the card feature on Winter Woodland. I cut a smaller snowflake out of Cookie Crumb. Just another simple card. Which truly are the best. Have a great, yet simple day.

Hi! I am Sharon, I am lucky enough to be on the design team for Fantabulous Cricut!!! Where I get to do a couple of my favorite things create, and share the love! I would like to welcome you to the third Fantabulous Cricut Crawl (blog hop)
Welcome to our Fantabulous Cricut "Deck The Halls" Crawl...each Design Team member will be featuring an original Christmas/Holiday-themed project that could be used to decorate and spruce up their homes for the Holiday Season!
You should have just popped over from Saundra at Luv Scrapping Together If you've just happened across my blog and would like to play along with our Fantabulous Cricut Crawl, begin here.
Make sure to check out each DT member's blog for some awesome inspiration! There will be PRIZES along the way at our DT members' blogs, AND there will be a Grand Prize up for grabs at FCCB for one participant that submits a "Deck The Halls" project at FCCB!
How fun is that?
Here is my project, I needed some new ornaments for the tree this year. My daughter suggested pink and green. These are a couple of ornaments I made, they are pretty simple, but they look amazing on the tree. I used SU ink refills- pretty in pink and wild wasabi. All you do is swirl the ink around and add some glitter. I used my favorite Christmas cartridge. This year any way, which is winter woodland, to cut out the reindeer.
I absolutely love these reindeer, with their swirly antlers. I have a fantastic prize from LadyBird Designs a gift card for $25.00 if I choose you as my personal winner.
Well, let's see what you've got!!!!!!!! Enter your Holiday decoration at Fantabulous Cricut. Remember you have to use your cricut at least one time on your project.
The next destination is Sherri: over at Love, Laughter & Creations. . Go see what she has in store for you today... And when you're done, make sure to link up your project to FCCB's Fantabulous Cricut Crawl post to be entered into the contest!
Happy Crawling!

Sleigh Ride FCCB #39

Challenge #39 December 6th--Gifts Galore: Create a handmade gift or gift package.
I used the woodland cartridge to cut the sleigh out. In bravo burgandy, and silver. The really cool swirls on it are from home decor drawn with my Cri-kits, using the hide feature. This is the first time I have used my cri-kit gel pens. They are pretty darn cool. Can't wait to do more with them. The paper I have had around for a while- but thought it looked good with the sleigh. This will be a tag for a present. Thanks for joining me-have a crafty day!

JB #31 Eggcellent Cottage

Cricutters Anonymous #31, make an Easter themed project.

Cartridge used: Winter Woodland, house cut at 4" and the bunny is cut at 1" SU! Paper: bashful blue, apricot appeal, gable green.
The girl in the window is a SU set window dressing The eggs are from SU Loads of Love Accessories

Scallop border is done with the SU! scalloped eyelet punch. Who says that a cottage made from Winter Woodland has to be a winter cottage. Although I can't wait to make some for winter. I have this little house sitting next to the egg holders I made a few days ago. They are in the kitchen, and look pretty darn cute. I find myself worrying about how I am going to store them though. LOL :)
