Date Night

Wonderful bridal shower cake.  The peacocks are stamped on the fondant with edible ink.
The silhouettes around the cake are cut out, and represent the steps of dating to engagement.
The turquoise fondant has been imprinted with swirls.
Three different flavors so everyone would be happy.

MsMindy's Wedding Cake

Yummy Vanilla and Red Velvet.  Really classic wedding cake.  Pretty easy but look how elegant it looks.  Keep it simple, we should all do that.

Teal Wedding

PhotobucketThe client came to a cake tasting, and said my cakes rocked.  The night before my girlfriend and I stayed up and made alcohol flavored cakes.  We made Kahlua, Amaretto, Raspberry liquor, rum & Honey Suckle wine.   We did a bit of taste testing as well, mmmm delicious!   The final flavor she chose was Kahlua for the top and Rum flavored for the bottom two layers.  The flowers are died to match the wedding colorsl.  It looked so beautiful when I got it all together.

Birch Wedding Cake

A delicious wedding cake.  When I received the request to make this cake, I was a little nervous.  Honestly, though I think it turned out really well.  The cake is chocolate fudge with peanut butter~ butter cream filling.  I made some extra, so I could eat cupcakes.  The peanut butter filling is absolutely delicious.  If you haven't had it, add it to your bucket list.  Creamy, but not over powering with peanut butter.

Ivory Dreams

This is the second cake I have made for my girlfriend.  I love making anniversary cakes.  She said she wanted something white with iridescent decorations.  I suggested one like this.  As I was working on it, I thought that an original wedding pic would be really nice.  So I text her and she shot me one over.  I am so incredibly pleased with how this cake turned out.  I love it.  The picture on the front, and the hearts on top are printed on edible paper.  Thank you so Mellisa for using me to make your cake!  I really appreciate you!
