Softball Cupcakes

I had fun designing these cute lil cupcakes.... The cupcakes are cherry with cream cheese. I painted the jerseys to match the team, at least pretty close, including their numbers, and the coaches. The mitts and balls are hand sculpted.

Jersey~ (sorry couldn't get it to upload strait)

Cute Lil' Froggie

I bought this stamp set over a year ago. I think I may have used it the first day........ I wanted to enlarge it. So I stamped the image, then used my copy machine to make it bigger.  When I completed the card I immediately thought of Jason's sister Rachael.  I hope you enjoy your card Rachael!  HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Technique: Copics BG93, YG93, YR15, YR16, BG32, BG13, C1, C3, C5
Stamp Sets: "flower for all seasons"
Stamp Pads: basic black
Paper Colors: baja breeze, elegant eggplant, pumpkin pie
Accessories: eggplant ribbon, button, SU bling

The frog has such a cute little face

I like adding a button on top of the ribbon.  Looks like a flower kind of.

You can see the big difference after I enlarged it.

Birthday Cookies

These are the cookies I baked for my daughter to take to school for her birthday treats.
At first she didn't want to take them, then she decided she did.
Gotta admit, it hurt my feelings for a little.
They are my usual cream cheese cookies with fondant.
I haven't heard the report back, if the kids enjoyed them or not.
Looking at the picture, it would have been funner to do a rainbow of colors.
It's a good idea, I may try that another time!

Nightmare Before Christmas

I made this cake for my beautiful daughter.  My baby is 11, I am so grateful to have her, she makes my life so much fuller.  She wanted a topsy turvy cake with the Corpse Bride. We couldn't find Corpse Bride figures, so she setteld for The Nightmare Before Christmas.  This is my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake.  It turned out alright.  I learned a few things, the next will be easier.  I also left myself pressed for time.  Bottom line it tasted delicious, and she absolutley loved it!!!

I hope you have a fantastic day!

Rose Boquet

This is the first time I have attempted this technique~ It looks ok, but I think practice is in order.
I will definitely use different frosting to make the roses.  The recipient said she had never seen anything like and it was very creative.  So I will mark this one off as success. :)

Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Mother's day daisies

Cake and tag that I made for cousin to give to her mom for Mothers Day.  I was delighted to deliver it.  My Aunt was so happy to get it, that she shed some tears.

The cake is Amaretto, and so is the frosting, then covered with
fondant, and beautiful daisies.  Isn't this a fun, springy cake.

Go Utes Graduation Cake

Jason's daughter graduated from the University of Utah this year.
This is the cake I made for the grad party.  She was a cheerleader
for the Utes football, I thought it would be cute to include some

She absolutely loved her cake, and I am so glad!
It sure was a lot of work, but I was honored to make it.

I used the Cricut-everyday paperdolls to cut out
the cheerleaders.
and "" SU-set that I borrowed from my lovely niece!

Congrats Danielle~ you are an inspiration!

Everything is ready~ Let's do this!
