Alphabet Flash Cards FCCB #217

I made this for a cute little girl that I tend.  She is turning 2 next month.  I had to make sure the cards had a ladybug in them, so she'll never forget me.  This is a great project to use a lot of cartridges.   Also used up some retired paper.  The letters on the front are stamped, and the words on the back are computer generated.  I then made a template to cut the tags out with  my Cricut.  After finishing the cards and the container, I laminated everything, to help make it last a long time.  I should have kept track of how many hours I have into this project, but I think it would devastate me.  So, I'll just look at how cute it is, how fun it was to make, and the little smile I am sure it will receive.

For a Teacher #8

This is a book mark I made for Challenge #8. Make something to thank a teacher using an apple image. I love these challenges so much. Definitely challenges me to think outside of the box. However, this one I was little stumped on. My kids are in Jr. High-so it's hard to pick a teacher to make something for, and are they really going to take it to them? I figured this was pretty universal and fits inside of a back pack easily. Cartridge locker talk cut out on "yep you guessed it" shrinky dink colored with pencils then shrunk. The paper is from SU Phrase-SU picnic parade Thanks for looking- I hope you have a great day!!!

Congratualations Graduate

This is the graduation announcements that I made for Shanice. She has earned her bachelors degree and I am so proud of her. School colors are blue and yellow. So I chose Not quit navy, and so saffron. Most of the the paper is from SU-bella bleu The grad cap is cut from locker talk. at 2 1/2". I decided this would be my graduation gift for her.
Inside sentiment: I printed it on vellum and adhered it to So Saffron. The cap is printed from a program I have. But I like how it looked with the inside writing.

She was excited for these-because they are different that everybody else. AND they are made with Love.

She only needed 20 that isn't too bad. They really didn't too long, except for scalloping the tops. :) Thanks for looking-hope you have a great day. Congratulations to all those graduates.
