Skunk

I was looking through this cartridge, and I really liked the skunk.  Some people might get offended by getting a skunk card.  So, I had to be careful who I chose to make it for.  I chose my niece~ she's tough, and knows that I love her dearly!  So here is your cute lil skunk bday card.
Happy Birthday JANA!

Recipe:

Cricut Cartridge: Live Simply 3"
Paper: Marina Mist, DSP
Ribbon: daffodil stitched grosgrain
 Accessories: misc brads

Sweet Frog

This is for my daughters 12th Birthday. She likes those green gummie frogs. That was the first theme she wanted to go with.  Then it moved onto Lizards.  When I got the new Cricut Cartridge "Disney-Classics" She wanted the Cheshire Cat.  My little girl cracks me up!!!!  I made her card before the third change, so she got a frog. If I would've had more time I would've made her a new card.  LOL  I wish she could stay little.  I miss the times when she needs her mommy.
Change that~ she'll always need her mommy.  I do love our conversations that we have now, and she has become a lovely lady, and a truly valued friend, and confidante.

Cricut Cartridge: Live Simply Frog 3", Dragonfly 2"
Paper: tempting turquoise, daffodil delight, always artichoke
Accessories: googlie eyes
I used SU Iridescent Ice, Versa Mark on the dragonfly wings.

Frog Cookie Box for St. Patrick's day

We had a St. Patrick's day party over the weekend.
I made this cookie box to share some cookies I made on
Friday, with my daycare kids.  They all got to decroate
some cookies to take home.  We had a fun day.  It was a fun weekend as
a matter of fact.  It was warm enough to take a bike ride.  We had a bit of a lazy
Sunday, watching some 007 movies, and made an Irish dinner.
I hope all of you got to have some fun too.

Recipe:
Live Simply: Frog 6"
Sweet Treats: The box
Everyday Paper Dolls: Hat and Pot O Gold
I used some green glitter on the hat, and dazzling diamonds
on the gold.  Googlie eye on the frog.  The cookies
were definitely the hard part.

The White Wolf

Today is my son's 14th birthday. Stop already. I already miss my little 7lb baby boy. He wanted a wolf theme for his birthday this year. This is his Birthday card. But shhh he won't get it until the weekend. Then I will publish his cake too.
I love to combine stamping and my cricut. The stamp is from SU "in wildernes" The colors: choc chip, crumb cake, always artichoke, river rock. Thanks Barb-I never really liked River Rock until she started talking about it and how much she liked it. Well, I trust Barb, she would never lead me astray, and here I am an avid lover. I think the frame worked perfectly with the wolf head. It is from live simply.

The button is a miscellaneous one I have had for while, but I love, love, love it on this card.
Photobucket Wow, have a great day. I will try to keep from crying all day. It's so hard having your kids grow up.

Birdie Told Me! FCCB #34

Fantabulous Cricut #34 Create a project that has something to do with a bird.
The cartridge I used here was Live Simply although I am against WalMart having exclusive rights to these cartridges-My obsession with Cricut is stronger. :) The stamp set is from SU "teeny tiny wishes. Embossing on the background (baja breeze) I used the petals a plenty from SU. The embossing on the nest is a cuttlebug-floral screen. I really like how my cute little birdie came out. Thanks for stopping by, have a great day!!!!!!
