Coronas on the Beach

Usually I make cakes for kids, so I love it when I get an order for an adult party.  I thought that Key Lime would be a good flavor for a Corona cake.  The filling is cream cheese.  Jodie, was so funny she wouldn't let anyone eat the cake.  After all, It was the centerpiece for her party! It could not be destroyed.  So, everyone had to come back the next day to enjoy it.  That makes me smile, that she loved her cake that much.  Can't you just picture yourself sitting on the beach bare feet running through the sand with a bucket of cold Coronas?
  Sounds perfect to me!
