While I was working on my exotic tropical theme.
This pretty little butterfly jumped out at me.
So I grabbed some retired SU DSP.
And cut the butterfly out in matching colors.
I am thinking cake? So maybe there will be
a cake soon, to look like this. LOL

Motorcycle
I have probably mentioned before that Dru's family gets together
once a month to celebrate all the bday that month.
This is a card that I made for one of his brothers.
He runs the river in AZ and rides his bike back
and forth to Utah to visit. So when I saw this single
stamp from Stampin' Up! I had to get it. I
figure I will get plenty of use, all of 5 brothers
ride bikes. :)

I thought why stop at the cake, I should make him a card to match the cake.
I wanted to put some roses on to match the cake.
I found a pretty good tutorial right here The good one is actually the first one
I did, and the not so good one is the 2nd one. I may need a little more
practice. LOL.
This card is for sale over at our webstore. LadyBird Designs

Jada's Cameo Cake
Jada's Cameo Cake
My nephew came over a couple weeks ago, and brought this cameo
jewelry box. He asked if we could make a cameo cake
similar to this.
Doubting my abilities, but to cocky to admit it. I
accepted the challenge.
I had a little something, something in-visioned.
So---Amber and I pulled out the cricut cake.....
This is the top layer- I sculpted to make it look as cameo-ish
as possible. Made some roses in an ivory color to match the
tree and the man and woman.
Well, he came to pick it up, and was thrilled with the outcome of it.

Go Green
This is for the Stampin' Up! workshop I did over this last weekend. I wanted to do some embossing. So I did two projects. The first one is recycling some old paper, maybe a calendar, book, picture of some sort. Into a new project. Here is the one we did.
Close up of the iridescent ice on the flowers. I love all
that sparkles. Here is tutorial I prepared.
Thank you for spending some time with me today. I greatly appreciate it.
Hope to see you again soon.
