This technique is called
Serigraph. There are a few steps to this technique but it is worth it. I used the "Looks Like Spring" set. Colors used were: bordering blue, really rust. Embossed white on glossy cardstock. Then I cut the picture apart, framed it and put it back together. Added the button to draw some attention. This the one and only time so far that I have tried this technique, I will have to try it again. Just for the SAG of it.
