Coctails

The stamps are from Scent my Cards There is a lot of drinks and phrases. I was in a drinkin' colorin' mood so I colored these cards, and had so much fun putting them together. It's been a little gloomy outside lately, so it's nice to see some bright colors, don't you think?
I didn't use to be much of a "pun" person-but sometimes they are dang cute.
The wheel is from SU-'cheers'
Here is the inside of this card-cute right!
The lime is from SU-Tart and Tangy. Fun and summery- but hot cocoa is good too.

Drinking of you

Fathers day is rapidly approaching , OMG! I made this card for my second dad. Just to let him know I am thinking of him. Or "drinking of him" teehee. I got it in the mail Thursday so hopefully he gets it in time. This is really a perfect set to use for him. He like his drinks. The set is called 100% party time and I picked up over at Scent My Cards. Great place to grab some copics too. Which is what this card it colored with. The orange is SU tart and tangy.
I was playing a little with my photography skills (what do you think?) My son said it looked like a magazine. :) Hey I'll I take the compliment!
The paper is from SU DSP- Island Oasis I love these umbrellas, Also used Rose Red, and old olive. I used the rock and roll technique on the orange with tangerine tango and pumpkin pie. The rim is sugared with crystal effects and chunky glitter. I used my ovals from Creative Memories. This card was really fun, mostly I think it was because I kept picturing Gary's face when he opened it. Have a wonderful day!!! Thanks so much for stopping, I do enjoy the company. :)

Cupcake Birthday Card

cheery cherry I used the Home Decor cartrige for the cricut to cut out this adorable cupcake and cherry. The frosting is creamy caramel, the base is chocolate chip, the bottom is lovely liac. I used iridescent ice to to cover the top and the cherry with sparkles. I used the cherry from the tart and tangy stamp set, stamped it in pixie pink, and used the crayons to color the stems with green galore. I used the cuttlebug folder to emboss the side where the pixie pink is. One other detail that is hard to see in the picture but looks cute in person. I used green galore and the texture wheel. I really love the new home decor! It has so much cute and fancy pictures. I had a lot of fun playing with it this week. TFL I hope you like it.

Apples for a Friend

Stamp set was "Tart & Tangy" Colors-gable, yoyo, really red, I used the scallop circle punch, ran the yoyo and gable through the cuttlebug, and put them together. This is another one of the cards that I seen someone do and had to do it! This card really catches the eye if that is what you are after.
