Sabrina is the daughter to one of my very best customers (and friend). She graduated from Jordan High this year. I wanted to use her school colors, also something a little feminine, but not an over kill. Of course looking back there are a few things I would do different, but still it turned out to be a beautiful cake. The top layer is amaretto with cream cheese, the bottom layer is red velvet also with cream cheese.
