SC98 Female Birthday

SC98 for a Female Birthday Cut cardstock 7 1/2 x 5 1/2, score at 4 1/4. Measure down 1 5/8 from the top on the short side. Mark a line going all the from the score to the mark you made. This will create the diagnol. For the inside cut the usual 5 1/4 x 4, then for the outside framed portion cut a 3x5 1/4 Use the angel you already created with the edge of the cardstock to mark diagnol cut line. I used the 1 3/4"circle punch. The flowers are from "fast and fun notes" colored with the wonder color crayons. Adhere the ribbon before you glue the top papers in place.
