Silly Birthday

This card is going to a very dear friend of mine. I am hoping it will put a huge smile on her face, when she opens it. The stripes are some cricut brand paper that I have for a while, but the colors matched perfectly. I have so much paper sitting around-as you probably all do. I have been trying to use some of it up. The clown is from High Hopes Stamps Silly Billy. I framed the picture in only orange, and used some buttons to finish it off. This is actually such an easy card.
