Gettin' Lucky

This is for Jason's dad.  Hilarious.  I pulled this stamp set out the other day, and made a few cards with it.  I've missed seeing this set.  The paper is some I've laying around for a long time.  It's one of those "I'll save it for a special project"  well I guess this is it.  :)  Thanks for stopping by, hope you have an incredible day!

Wrestlers

Oh Brady, I love this kid.  And he loves my pancakes!  I've known him and his family for such a long time.  I started tending him when he was barely 2 years old.  Him and his sister captured my heart immediately.  He loves wrestling, so I made this card for him.  I miss  having them in my daycare.  But, they are really growing up to amazing people, they make me so proud to be called aunt Sharon!

Wine Phrases

This is the other change I made.  This ugly huge cabinet and hutch.  I decided to remove the top.  Order a wine shelf, and redecorate it.  It makes my kitchen look so much larger, with it gone.  Another plus, is the fridge opens all the way.  I had six wine phrases that I liked.  I decided on my favorite three and Incorporated them in my kitchen/dinning room.  This is the second one.  "In Vino Veritas" in Latin it means "In wine there is truth"  So true.  The lettering is vinyl I cut with my Cricut using the "Jasmine" cartridge.

These are some wine glasses I etched using "Ashlyn's Alphabet".  I need to purchase some more, so I have a set of eight.  The charms I made a while ago.

This is the third phrase, I stuck it above my bay window.
The kids now officially  think I am a wino.  LOL
I used lettering from  "Tear Drop" cartridge.

Hedgehog

I have always had a thing for hedgehogs.
I was looking through the "Live Simply" cartridge, and noticed this guy.
I am not sure who he is going to be for just yet. Just that I needed to make it. LOL ;)
Actually, It's going to be for my Riley.  Jason's daughter.
She's just cute enough to appreciate it.

Girlfriend Reading

I have this girlfriend that reads a lot.  She use to tease me because I would always say I can't read above a 2nd grade level.  That's why I read Dr Seuss all the time.  Actually, I read Dr. Seuss, because I run a childcare.  With everything else I don't time for reading.  Until last August, Jas and I took a trip to Cali.  I came back a couple days before him, he stayed for training.  He dropped me off before training, so I had a 2 1/2 hr wait for the plane, and 1 1/2 flight, and 2 nights before he got home.  I stopped at one of those little shops in the airport, I was going to grab a couple magazines.  This book, caught my eye, and I bought it, and I read it, and I read the next 4 in the series.  So this card is a tribute to my girlfriend who inspired me to read.  Happy Birthday Kandi Pants! Love ya girly!
